Char Siu Sauce from Welovemanfood – a rich, sticky marinade and stir-fry sauce with brown sugar, honey, red miso, Shaoxing wine, light and dark soy, and a warming blend of Chinese five spice, star anise, fennel, cinnamon, ginger, garlic and paprika. Brush it over pork, chicken or tofu, toss through noodles and vegetables, or use as a glaze for that classic sweet-savoury char siu flavour at home. Low in fat, boldly seasoned, and ready to use straight from the jar.
